Change a single date selector to be multiple dropdowns in a Web Form by changing the field type.


In a Web Form you can collect a date from users with a calendar picker or by selecting the year, month and day all in separate Dropdowns. Changing the field type allows us to toggle between these two options.

Change the Web Form Field Type

  1. Ensure the toolbar at the top of the Web Form Editor is toggled to "Build Mode".

  2. Locate a date field on a Web Form and click on it. The Configuration Menu will appear on the righthand side of the editor.
  3. Notice the Type Dropdown (the first Dropdown on the Configuration Menu). Ensure that the selected type reads "Date Calendar Picker".

  1. Click on the Type Dropdown and toggle to "Date Dropdowns".
